Yesterday

Yesterday Evie had quite a lot of fun! We went to early dinner at PF Changs. Delicious! We also decided to go out for ice cream after. We reminded Evie at the end of dinner that we were going to get ice cream. She was thrilled! She kept squeeling, "Oooh! Ice cream!"
I think it was the manager that came to our table, he asked how our meal was, and how our server was. Then he complimented Evie on being so good during dinner. He claimed he didn't even know she was there.

I didn't take any ice cream pictures, but it was delicious. Cold stone always is. Anyways... We got home and since it was still a couple hours before bedtime Evie and I decided to go outside to play. We walked the path around our house for a little while. Chasing bunnies and whenever she would see a kid she would say, "Hey, there's a dude! Lets hi to the dude. Hi dude!" After a couple times around we saw some people pulling something out. When we got closer we saw it was a bouncy house! Ridiculous! We were going to continue chasing the bunnies, but our neighbors asked if Evie wanted to bounce. Of course! So Evie got to make new friends and play in a bouncy house. She had so much fun! Then they brought out the little girl's mustang convertible.

She had quite the evening. I'm so glad it's starting to warm up so we don't have to stay cooped up inside all the time!

Wray, Colorado

Jason has been doing his rural rotation in Wray, Colorado. The morning after we got home from Utah, we drove out to Wray. We went to Subway for lunch and then to a couple of parks.

Hopefully this Dino doesn't eat her peanut butter.

This super LONG slide! Those girls invited Evie to play with them. It was really nice and cute. "Wait girls, I coming."

We stayed at Doc's bed and breakfast for the night. It was really great.

I should have taken pictures of the room. This was as we were packing our things in the morning.
The room had a little sitting area where we were able to set up the pack and play and then there was an archway into a different part of the room with a bed. I put evie to bed in her pack and play and then went to the bed in the other room. Jason had his computer open. Evie kept talking to us and then her voice started getting closer. We were a little shocked, she had climbed out of her pack and play and walked through the room to us! Long story short, she was goofing around after I told her to lay down on our bed and then fell off. She bumped her head so we gave her some medicine rocked her, and then put her back in her pack and play. I convinced her to stay in there by giving her a pillow.

Anyways... If, for some reason, you happen to find yourself in Wray, Colorado, Doc's was great. They obviously had breakfast in the morning. It was really good! Eggs, potatoes, toast, hot chocolate, fresh squeezed orange juice, and she even made an omelette for Jason.

You can't really tell from this picture (but maybe if you enlarge it), but there was a WIDE load truck/tractor thing a couple cars in front of us on our way home. We were stuck behind that thing for probably half an hour if not longer. We couldn't pass and the cars in the opposite direction had to pull over to the side of the road and stop completely until it passed. 

Final part

We went to Kate's apartment to pick up some stuff and I found this picture on her wall.

Again with the high heels.

We went across the street to Caidy's house and Evie found a magnifying glass. she sure loved playing with it!

One morning Evie took her jammie's off and I didn't want to go to the room she was staying in to get her clothing for the day yet. I found Kate's tank top on the floor and put it on Evie. Janna came upstairs, "That dress is so cute!" hahaha. It was entertaining.

Penny had some fun bath toys.

Time to go home. (There was supposed to be a big storm in Denver the day we were supposed to fly home so we rescheduled our flight, so instead of leaving Tuesday, we were able to stay until Friday). "But-le up."

YUM! I had to bring them back!

Utah trip part 5.

No trip to Utah would be complete without a stop at Brick Oven.

Penny was getting ready to pack for her trip to New York. Evie got to go on a ride in this carry on.

Then Tanner took over and swung her around the living room like a ride at disneyland. It was hilarious and a little scary at the same time. I was a bit nervous that the handle would break, but I guess it was pretty strong.

Evie's favorite thing was "jumpin on the leen."

Seriously loves wearing high heels.

I don't know where she learned this, but it was pretty funny when she found the giraffe and went up to the price reader.

Delicious. Utah part 4.

We went swimming and wanted creamies after, but they didn't have any! It was horrible! I went to the store and bought some and they were delicious! Evie enjoyed them a lot.

We went to provo beach resort and Evie got to ride the carousel with Kate and Janna.

Easter Sunday of AMAZING cont.

We had another surprise (although not quite as shocking as the Kate's surprise).

Tanner and Chloe came over Sunday Evening and announced they were engaged!!!!!! (Not her real ring yet, so it doesn't matter that it's blurry).

Found that makeup again and decided to help penny get ready.

I got to go with Chloe to pick up her dress.

Later that day we went to BYU and ended up at the museum of art.

We spent a bit of time outside. Evie loved going across the street to "Hi to kitty!"

We went to the park and Kate pushed her on the swing.

She also chased the ducks.

"Wait duck! Come back!"

Ducks are pretty fast.
