We were lucky enough to have my dad be able to walk us up to our gate. Even having two adults and two children is hard, especially when the stroller won't fit through the x-ray machine, so they have to test it and then the adult pushing it. The hardest part was getting from where you hand over the ticket, to where you drop off the stroller. We said goodbye to my dad and I had Jackson in the baby k'tan, Evie was holding my hand and had her backpack on and holding onto her rolling suitcase, and I carried the double stroller. I made it about halfway down the walkway and the guy behind us offered to carry it. It was really helpful. I really need to grow another arm or two.
Evie got a little bit bored on the flight even after watching and playing games with my iPad, so I flipped it over and gave her stickers to decorate it.
Evie and her new haircut.
We dropped Jason off at his interview, went to Costco, and then drove around near the hospital. We found this view right up the street
Found this house with orange trees out front. They also had a grapefruit tree on the other side of the driveway.
I guess their winter is our fall.
Both babies fell asleep driving around, and stayed asleep until just a little bit before Jason was done and we picked him up. After we picked him up, we got some food and got on the road again.
