Juno
Last Saturday night we went and saw Juno. AMAZING! That movie was so hilarious. The movie was great. There were so many good quotes in the movie. It was so well written, the lines in the movie are so witty. In one of the scenes Juno is at the adoptive parents and Jennifer Garners character says, "your parents are probably wondering where you are" "Na, I mean I'm already pregnant, so what other shannanegans can I get into." The lines are great and the actors delivering them are also amazing. I don't condone pre-marital sex or pregnancy, but I feel that if it happens giving the baby up for adoption is a great way to go instead of abortion, and this movie was a great way of expressing that. The beginning was great, the middle was great, and the ending was fantastic.

Dinner... shopping...
Tonight we went to the Spaghetti factory for dinner. Jason doesn't really like the spaghetti factory, but being the fantastic husband that he is, didn't complain when I said that's where I wanted to go. My favorite thing about spaghetti factory is the bread!!! I especially love it. After dinner Jason said to me, "I want to go buy some" I wasn't really sure what he meant like that and then he said he wanted to buy me something too. I was a little confused and then he explained that since we have just been paying bills the past few days. So we went around the mall looking for something to buy. We went to a few shoe stores and I went into Journeys kids (just for fun) I found the cutest little baby shoes. We decided that when we have babies they are going to wear little adida's baby shoes. Jason really only wears adidas or BYU clothing. Even his socks are adidas. I figured when we have kids I'm going to at least dress them in adidas until they can tell me they want to wear something else. Until then I am going to put them in adidas (at least if we have a boy) I'll have to look around for pink, or girly colored adidas if we have a girl.
They had so many different little shoes! I am definitely going to get them.
I am such a big fan of baby shoes and baby clothes. Although when it comes to animals and clothes for them, YUCK! Animals should not wear clothes, they have fur covering their bodies therefore they don't need clothes. You are just wasting your time and money putting clothes on an animal. Plus animals dressed up look ridiculous whereas babies dressed up are so cute, they are miniature people. Anyways... We ended up at bath and body works and looked at some aromatherapy lotion but didn't end up buying anything. We did go to the grocery store and buy milk... I guess that doesn't really count as buying something for ourselves though... at least not in that sense...

green dots.
It has been a while since I have posted anything here. It's kind of weird, and here is why. Last semester I asked Jason if I could borrow his laptop at least once a week over the length of that semester. He would usually let me borrow it, unless he needed it to study. I have a desktop that he could have used but our apartment only has wireless internet so we couldn't use that for internet. I would also ask him to use it for homework, and being the amazing husband that he is, he let me. He also came up with a plan for us. I was to set aside a certain amount of money each month and save up for one so we could have enough money saved up for us to get me a laptop by my birthday. A few months earlier Jason told me we could get me a laptop if I could get a pell grant to pay for school so we didn't have to pay for it. Fall semester I wasn't eligible for one, so we weren't sure if I would get one for spring semester. So I had two choices. I tried to get the pell grant for the spring semester. I went in and talked with them quite a few times and tried to figure out what I needed to do which consisted a whole bunch of paperwork. A few weeks of fighting the system and I decided it wasn't really worth it. I would save the money and just wait until October for the laptop. Jason and I talked about it and we decided I should try one more time to get things set up for the grant. I went back, spoke with them again and they told me I had qualified for the grant. So, Long story short, I have a laptop. It's a cute little white macbook. (White, so Jason and I don't get ours mixed up.) It's got a cute little white case with green polka dots.
